NEHA recognizes that its employees are its most valuable resource. The Human Resources Policy establishes the principles, rules and procedures governing all employment relationships within NEHA, providing a standardized framework for recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation, workplace conduct, safeguarding and staff welfare.

The policy promotes merit-based recruitment, equal opportunity, accountability, professionalism, diversity, inclusion and transparency. It applies to all employees, consultants, volunteers, interns and casual workers, and enforces safeguarding, PSEA, anti-harassment, health and safety, and information security. Standard working days are Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
